Absolutely! Mezzapica uses the highest quality edible icing paper for our edible image prints. These are printed with special inks made from food colouring. We are able to print up to A3 sizes and these images can go on most of our cake flavours.

There are many options available. These include:

• Banana Cake
• Carrot Cake
• Mud Cake
• White Mud Cake
• Marble Mud Cake
• Caramel Mud Cake
• Red Velvet
• Vanilla and Raspberry Swirl mud
• Fruit Cake (smaller in height & width than traditional cakes)

While we can not guarantee any of our products do not contain any allergens (please see below), we do make a number of products which do not contain gluten in the ingredients. For biscuits this includes the majority of our almond based biscuits such as Mandorlati, Caffe Mandorlati, Pistachio or Orange Mandorlas, Pastine and Amaretti. Our Friands are also gluten free (Lemon, Raspberry, Blueberry or plain almond). For whole cakes (tortes), our Bon Vivant cake is a base layer of hazelnut meal sponge and a top layer of baked flourless chocolate cake, all topped with chocolate curls and strawberries.

Due to the nature of the bakery environment, we regret that we can not guarantee any product to be free from any allergens. This includes, but is not limited to, Nuts, Gluten, Egg or Dairy.

In sticking with our traditional recipes, some of our cakes do contain liqueur. We are able to make all our cakes without alcohol however, so please inform us if you would prefer without..
